    The sulfates in Epsom salt eliminates toxins and the harmful substances from the body. It’s highly recommended to have an Epsom salt detoxifying bath every 3-4 days to flush toxins and heavy metals from the cells to keep your organs function well.

    7. Treating constipation

    Epsom salt is a good remedy for constipation as it helps to increase water in the intestines. It also helps colon cleansing to relieve constipation.

    8. Improving hair health

    If you have oily hair or suffer from hair loss, Epsom salt is a remedy for you. Mix 1 cup of Epsom salt with a tablespoon lemon juice in water, leave this mixture for at least a day. Then apply it directly on dry hair and leave for half an hour before shampoo your hair normally.
