Turmeric is arguably the most powerful herb. And numerous studies have proven its benefits. In fact, turmeric has been used for medicinal purposes in Asia for centuries. And now you can use it every day to prevent diseases and improve overall health.

1. Turmeric juice
What you need:
Half a lemon
Sea salt
One teaspoon of turmeric powder
One glass of water
How to make it:
Squeeze lemon juice into a glass and add turmeric powder and salt.
Add water, stir and drink.
2. Turmeric tea
What you need:
Half a teaspoon of grated turmeric
One cup of hot water
Raw honey
Lemon
Pinch of black pepper
How to make it:
Boil the water and add turmeric. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove the water from stove and sieve the tea then add all remaining ingredients (squeeze lemon juice).
Let it cool down for 10 minutes then enjoy.
3. Turmeric smoothie
What you need:
One teaspoon of maca root
Two tablespoons of coconut flakes
One teaspoon of hemp seeds
One teaspoon of turmeric powder or fresh turmeric
One and half cup of frozen pineapple
Black pepper
Half cup of coconut or almond milk
How to make it:
Toss all the ingredients into a blender, blend and enjoy.
4. Turmeric soup
What you need:
One grated turmeric
Four cups of organic bone or veggie broth
Black pepper
How to make it:
Heat up water until it boils.
Add turmeric and broth and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Sieve to remove chunks, add black pepper and enjoy.
5. Turmeric scramble
Simply add a few pinches of turmeric powder to scrambled eggs and enjoy.
